IDS principal, Rob Morey, knows that communication in the development process is key. Efficient and focused communication can save a project money, time and frustration for both owners and contractors.

Rob looks past the simple end completion of a building and, instead, works to recognize each element of the building’s composition: how the building performs in terms of functionality for the owner/user, is the building energy usage in line with design expectations, has third party commissioning been performed and working with the owner or property manager to put in place maintenance plans to keep hi-tech equipment running optimally.
