As a former superintendent in residential construction, Rob worked to improve communications between developers, architects, builders, subcontractors and home buyers. He expanded his skillset by working in real estate development for a privately held national company, and as an owner’s representative for residential and commercial construction projects in Aspen, Colorado.

 

Rob is known for his 360-degree understanding of the construction process and believes that time spent up front between the design team and owner will pay healthy dividends as a construction project moves forward.

 

Rob is a native Coloradoan and makes his home in Carbondale, Colorado, with his wife and two children, where he is an avid mountain biker and aspiring tequila aficionado. Rob spent more than two years planning and developing the first professionally built bikepark built in Garfield Co., raising friends, funds and municipal support.
